Sally completed her Bachelor of Psychological Sciences in Melbourne before moving to Newcastle to complete her Honours and is currently completing a Master’s of Clinical Psychology. Sally applies a client centred approach to her care, working with young people and adults to understand themselves and their story and work through the difficulties of life with them. Sally draws upon evidence-based approaches, using elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness, dependent on the client’s needs. Sally works in a range of clinical areas including; anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment and change, relaxation and sexuality.

In her spare time, Sally enjoys reading, spending time in the mountains with her family and friends.
