Lyndell has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Health Psychology, and has had 7 years experience in clinical health research at the University of Newcastle and Hunter New England Local Health District, as well as the non profit sector.

 

Lyndell enjoys working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, adjustment issues, depression and health related issues. Her passion is chronic disease and helping people adjust to and navigate the ups and downs that can accompany such conditions. Lyndell’s approach is client focussed and tailored to the individual, with a focus on maximising well-being.

 

Lyndell lives with her partner, ‘enjoys’ early morning walks, and loves being with the people who mean most to her.
