Organisational Change

One of the most common challenges organisations and their people face is change. NewPsych have assisted many businesses to effectively manage periods of change and support their people throughout this.

We work with business leaders to explore the psychological and workforce implications of both planned and unexpected changes, and provide bespoke services to assist. This may include:

  • Consultation with leaders, HR and Health and Safety teams

  • Assistance around communicating with employees regarding change

  • Targeted sessions for each area of the workforce on understanding and coping with change

  • Psychological support for individuals and teams

  • Training and wellbeing sessions

  • Career transition support regarding role change, redeployment and redundancies

Contact our External Relations Officer Julia today to discuss how NewPsych can support your organisation during periods of change.
