Mediation and Conflict Resolution

From time to time, workplace relationships can become difficult and impact the individual, their team and sometimes the broader organisation. NewPsych’s mediation service is available to assist where there is conflict between two or more people in the workplace.  We have trained and experienced professionals who can assess the situation and develop a plan. It’s important that the mediation is independent so that challenges in the working relationship can be objectively identified and a mutual agreement made for managing those hot spots going forward. Mediation can be voluntary and also mandated as a part of a performance management plan.

It may be that mediation isn’t appropriate or that people aren’t ready to engage with this. In these cases, NewPsych’s expert consultant can work with organisational leaders to explore alternative solutions.
