Ben Fletcher

Psychologist

| ADULTS | ADOLESCENTS |

Ben has over 17 years' experience as a Clinical Psychologist, and 10 years experience as a Clinical Supervisor to student psychologists.

He is experienced with assessing and treating adults and adolescents for various issues including
anxiety, depression, adjusting to life changes and stress, relationships, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sleep, self-esteem and confidence, chronic pain and health issues, loss and grief, issues of personality and attachment, erectile dysfunction (ED) and sexual issues, higher functioning autism and higher functioning ADHD.

Ben tailors treatment to each client's goals, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy, amongst other evidence-based models.

Therapy can be an uplifting and rewarding experience, whether issues are 'big' or 'small'. If there's something troubling or clients feel stuck, it's worth talking about.

From a warm, non-judgemental stance, Ben works with his clients to explore the things that can and can't change, and helps them uncover their authentic selves along the way.
